Prices and surcharges

Dear Customer, 

Due to continued unrest, we are seeing that energy prices have increased significantly and remain at a very high level.

For this reason, our handling fee and kilometre surcharge will be increased to 3.4%, effective Monday, 30 March 2026, as this also reflects rising transport costs, including the fuel surcharge, which has approximately doubled recently.

As previously communiated, gas prices also remain at a significantly elevated level. As a result, we will shortly reintroduce a gas/energy surcharge per kg of glass. Further details regarding this surcharge will be shared at a later stage.

Going forward, we will provide weekly updates on the status of these surcharges on our website.
